Tonight there will be some shelf changes.
Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here.
Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.
Changes will be made in the system overnight.

Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email. In case of any issues, please contact Daan den Bieman.

[ACTION] Reminder: Mid-Year Review Cycle!
As part of the Mid Year review process, Monday September 4th we kicked off with the Mid Year review process for Hub Managers (Leapsome) and Shift Leads (Qualtrics). Please make sure to fill in the review on time! The deadline for the Hub manager review is Wednesday the 20thend of day. The deadline for the Mid-Year review for the Shift Leads is on the Friday the 22nd, end of day.

[INFO] Editable Handling Unit Size in Dropping List
This new feature allows you to adjust the number of single units in a handling unit when creating the dropping list.
What’s changed?
If the Handling Unit Size is incorrectly stored in the system, you can adjust it.
Please note that the adjustment will be directed to the Master Data Team, so no need to create a Hub Alert Ticket.

The winter rider gear will be available to order from 01.10.23 onwards.
Please note: All the orders for summer equipment have been stopped and it can not be ordered any more.
[INFO] Phone holders for bikes
All the HM’s can request the cycle metal phone holders throughNavdeep Sandhu and the waterproof phone holders can be ordered via on amazon Coupa using this link .
Please order 10 packs of these phone holders as they are compatible with the majority of the phones' sizes and it can be attached on the metal phone holder provided by Cycle.
[INFO] Chain locks and battery issues
Please report any issues relating to the batteries of the bikes that are not being fixed and additional chain locks if required via submit a request form on Zendesk.

On 21 September the first BHV training is starting. For those that still need to join, please make sure to join any of the date on the BHV Round 4 sheet.
All BHV training is from 09:00 - 16:30 with lunch included.

Every Tuesday, Riders & Ops Associates now receive a personalised breakdown of their shifts via email for OAs or via push notifications for riders. There we’ll reveal insights and performance metrics (see examples below). We’ll also explain how we calculate each metric and offer advice on how they can improve each one — the information they need to take their shifts to the next level.
