Hub Ops / New Processes

____________________________________

[INFO] S-bag importance

Please carefully read the One-Pager below regarding the importance of using S-Containers whenever possible.

[ACTION] S-bag Hand-out

All hubs are required to print out the hand-out and hang it on the wall in a designated area for all hub staff to read before their shift.

[INFO] Reactivation Campaign

We are launching a one-off incentive campaign called We Want You Back ❤️ to reactivate riders that have not been active over the past weeks. All Riders eligible to participate in this campaign will receive an email (shown below) and should follow the specific instructions to participate.

Please find the Helpdesk link here.

Please find the email campaign content below.

Delistings & Shelf Changes

____________________________________

[ACTION] Shelf Changes

  • Tonight there will be some shelf changes.

  • Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.

  • Changes will be made in the system overnight.

[INFO] No Delistings this week

Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email. In case of any issues, please contact Daan den Bieman.

Equipment Updates

[ACTION] Mandatory Weekly Fleet Check (Live 29.08)

From 29.08 onwards, we will start with a mandatory Weekly Fleet Check. During this check (30 min) all the bikes & batteries are required to be scanned with the Zebra into the Bike Checker App (see picture).

The compliance will be checked and results will be shared in the Weekly Comparison Report.

This can be done any day between Tuesday - Thursday. Pick the day where you have no deliveries or enough time to do it properly.

ℹ️ More information on the process can be found here (please select Mandatory Weekly Fleet Check)

⚠️ For troubleshooting use the #nl_hub-equipment-updates channel

[INFO] Cycle Mechanic visits

When cycle mechanics visit the hub to repair the bikes kindly print the damages from
Hub portal >Fleet > Damages and hand it over to the mechanic so whatever has been fixed can be marked.
Please do not give any other old documents to mechanics to fill in.
For more information, please check service schedule & service issues reporting.

[INFO] Reporting stolen bikes

To simplify the stolen bike reporting process, now the hub only requires to change the status of the bike to stolen and create a ticket on Zendesk within 24 hrs via Submit a Request > Fleet issues.

In this form, you must specify what it is that you are reporting (bike / battery / key).

Please fill in all the details so the central team can create a police report for you and issue the fine if applicable.

ℹ️ For more information, please check Stolen bike/batteries/keys and Fine Process.
