[INFO] BHV ROUND 3 TRAINING DATES
We have arranged 4 x new training dates at BHV.NL. We will not have any training over the holiday period and would like to request that you make sure that all team members who's training is expiring until the end of August are renewed within training round 3. After this round, the next training sessions will only be available again in September.
All trainings will take place in AMS_WEST (Van Slingelandtplein 15, 1051 DD Amsterdam, Netherlands)
Training dates:
27 June in DUTCH
6 July in ENGLISH
18 July in DUTCH
20 July in ENGLISH

How to use this sheet:
First tab ''BHV'ers round 3'' is a list of candidates that should either go for first time training or renewal. This list is not 100% up to date and I would appreciate your comments on the right where there is incorrect information / leavers or people that already had the training recently as this needs to be updated in your training completion.
The rest of the tabs are the date tabs, please fill these in with all the requested information so BHV.NL can send the e-learning materials to you asap.
Training times are from 09:00 - 16:30
Only 15 candidates can join per training
Rock stars can also join the training!
We would appreciate it if this list can be filled in by Thursday 15 June latest.

[INFO] Safety tips W24
Helmet use is mandatory since 1 May. Please make sure you have enough helmets in all sizes inside the hub.
Bike batteries that are stacked on top of each other create heat and can potentially lead to a fire inside the hub. Please make sure all your batteries are neatly placed inside the battery cabinet and that all unused batteries (also the broken ones) are inside the battery cabinet at all times.

Last week or the week before some hubs (see address list below) received flyers from āDe Loterijā. See the picture below of the Flyer. If your hub is on the list, but has not received your order, please let me know! Bas van Hooijdonk
Please be careful with this and hand out the flyers with every order. If this works, it will be a great addition to the profitability of Flink!

Due to a busy payroll week with salary payments for Hub staff, Shift Leads and Hub Managers, we would like to ask you to approve the hours for the Riders/Ops Associates (week 24-2023) and Shift Leads (week 21-2023 until 24-2023) no later than Monday, June 19 at 12:00. Thank you for your flexibility!

Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here.
Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.
Changes will be made in the system overnight.
