HR / Payroll

  • Payroll Update

As of 1 January 2023 we started working with an internal Payroll. This means that the salary slips for Hub Employees, Shift Leads and for yourself are no longer prepared through Loket.nl, but through our HR system: SAP SuccessFactors. As a consequence:

  • The first weekly in-house payment for Hub Employees took place on Friday the 13th;

  • If Hub Employees have any questions regarding their pay, please let them address it themselves via https://goflink.typeform.com/to/VAPjTkQs.

  • Shift Leads move to a 4-weekly Payroll, they have been informed accordingly;

  • The first payment for Shift Leads will take place on Friday, February 3, 2023. Please note that your Shift Lead will be paid for the first 4 weeks of January including January 1. By Monday, February 6, payslips will be made available in your Shift Leads’ account in SAP Success Factors.

  • Your payment as Hub Manager will be made on January 25, 2023, no changes will effect your Payroll except for the system;

  • If you have any questions, please use the following forms

People NL Form for any questions/requirements for yourself

  • People NL Form for questions/requirements about your team members - only to be used by managers (HM/CM/RM)

Hub Ops / New Processes

  • [ACTION] Auto-Assign Rider App GoLive Thu 19 Jan

Orders/Trips are now AUTO-ASSIGNED and will be distributed more fairly between Riders. The order waiting the longest in the picker queue is the first one to be offered to the Rider.

    • Make sure to let the Riders enable their push notification on their phones

    • Make sure that the Riders have the latest version of the Workforce App (1.14)

    • For more information, please visit the One Pagers below in Notion:

    • Note: only for hubs that are live with the Handover Process go live with Auto Assign

  • [INFO] Donut Delivery Areas

What?

We will expand our delivery areas and have a distance-based delivery fee and minimum order value (MOV). In short, the further away a customer lives from the hub, the higher the delivery fee and MOV.

Why?

We expect no increase in orders (even a slight decrease) but a higher average order value (AOV) which we expect to increase profits and provide more coverage for customers.

For details about the new delivery areas and roll out plan speak to your hub manager.

For question contact [email protected].

  • [INFO] Legacy Inbounding Feature in Inventory Manager is disabled on Thu 19 JAN.

    • The 'old' inbounding feature (manual & dropping list) will no longer work.

    • All hubs must use HubOne Inbounding feature to process incoming deliveries from this onwards.

    • If your hub encounters issues with Inbounding in HubOne, please let us know your feedback in #temp-hubone-inbound-feedback so we can assist.

    • For more information on HubOne Inbounding, please revisit last week's Newsletter.

  • [INFO] HubOne App Further Rollout

What?

We are still in the process of rolling out all hub tasks that involve an app to be in HubOne.

For this we are gradually moving all features into the new app.

Why?

HubOne app will include all hub processes so that you don’t have to change between separate apps anymore and it will prioritise tasks based on business needs. This should save you and your staff time.

What's rolled out already?

  • Picking

  • Inventory Checks

    • Fresh Checks are still in development. We're aiming to roll these out Mid February.

  • Inbounding (last week)

    • All hubs must use HubOne Inbounding feature to process incoming deliveries

    • If your hub encounters issues with Inbounding in HubOne, please let us know your feedback in #temp-hubone-inbound-feedback so we can assist.

    • For more information on HubOne Inbounding, please revisit last week's Newsletter.

What's coming next?

    • Outbound Feature in HubOne

      • Stock Correction & Outbounding features are still being tested in hubs across NL, FR and DE.

      • We're aiming to have rolled out all features in HubOne by the end of Jan.

      • We're aiming to completely unplug Inventory Manager app by begin of Feb.

      • Further updates will follow!

  • [UPDATE] New SIM Cards

    • This and next week all SIM cards in the Zebras will be replaced by our internet company. Please find below the schedule they will follow.

    • In case you still have old grey Zebras lying around, please hand them over to the internet company when they visit the hub.

    • In case you have a surplus of black zebras in the hub, please hand these in as well (starting with the broken ones).

    • This is a good moment to check if there are any flaws with the internet in your hub.
If you have any questions, please send a private message to Daan den Bieman.

Delisting & Shelf Changes

  • [INFO] No Delistings this week

Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email.

  • [ACTION] Shelf Changes

Tonight after closure we have some shelf changes based on your feedback and to optimize some more overcrowded shelves.

Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here or via the button above.

The lists will be available after 3pm today.

Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening! Changes will be made in the system over night.
