Shelf Changes

🚨 Shelf changes for Hub 3.0

In today's shelf changes, there are some products currently placed on shelf 999X that will be assigned to a new shelf.

Additionally, it may also happen that some products appear as ā€œNew listingsā€, but you might already have them in stock on shelf 999x. Please check there, and in case you can’t find them, that means you haven’t received them yet.

Find the list of shelf changes for Hub 3.0 here .

The shelf changes will be uploaded to the respective folder in the late afternoon, so check around that time.

🚨New facings logic

Today, we are going to implement a facing logic that will ensure more space for better performing products. As a consequence, lower performing products will have a reduced number of facings.

For now, this new logic will only be tested with the existing drink products currently placed on the dry shelf. All drink products should be placed as SU.

We kindly ask you to comply with the new facings. In case you have any issues, create a ticket in Hub alert specifically for facings.

šŸ’”Container & shelf assignment improvements - Go live 3 July

Tomorrow, 3 July, we will release some improvements to make the container & shelf assignment process smoother and faster!

Here’s what is new:

  • Infinite scanning of containers: for example, every scan adds a new container without the need to open a new input field manually, as shown in this video (only visible for goflink accounts):

  • Keypad won't be opened up on the container assignment screen, allow the OA to scan instead of manually inputting the container IDs.

  • The input field on the shelf assignment screen is auto highlighted when the OA enters the screen.
