How to reset the door's magnet
In case of emergency, you can use the green button to open the door, as instructed in this video.
If for some reason the magnet is not working, use the hack in this video to reset it.
Follow these steps to find the reset key:
Locate the Securitas box
Each hub has 2 boxes, it is the bigger box.
Use a screwdriver to open the box
There is one screw on the top of the box. In some hubs you may have screws at the bottom as well.
Once you open the box - it will trigger your alarm - make sure that you have your alarm code at hand to give to Securitas
Once the box is open you will see the black key at the bottom of the box.
It is small - so make sure to look well inside the box.
Also make sure not to pull out any wires inside the box
Use the key as per instruction video
Place the key back inside the box after you successfully reset the magnet and screw the box closed again.
If for some reason the magnet is not working, use the hack in this video to reset it.

How to activate the emergency alarm
Push 1 and 3 together in the alarm and hold it for 2 seconds.
This will trigger an emergency alarm.
A second verification will still be done via camera or by calling the Hub Manager.
Emergency services will be contacted once a second verification via call or camera is done.
How to deactivate the smoke alarm
Follow instructions on the video below to disable the smoke alarm. Make sure there is no fire if the alarm starts sounding!
How to open your hub with your tag
First, unlock the door with the key.
Then hold your tag on the tag pannel.
The door will be unlocked for 5 seconds.
4. For some hubs, you also need to scan the tag on the panel inside to deactivate the alarm completely.
How to close your hub with your tag
Hold your tag in front of the inside panel on the green part.
The timer will start counting down and you should have 30 seconds to exit the building.

Request change in point of contact details
Email [email protected] and cc [email protected] for any changes in the communication flow. Make sure that the following is mentioned:
Name of Hub Manager
Hub code and address
Email address of Hub Manager
Phone number of Hub Manager
Home address to send the updated Security card (each hub manager MUST have a Securitas card)

Bakery
The bakery is not permitted to use tags to deliver the bread and is not permitted access to the lockbox of the hub.
The bakery is only allowed to deliver the bread in the first zone of the hub. This means that you need to place the bread karts as close as possible to the door where the delivery is done. If it's not placed correctly, the bakery will trigger the alarm.
Why is this important?
Clear overview on delivery times per hub.
Reduces the possibility of theft when drivers change at the bakery.
