Live Customer Feedback Dashboard: Use cases & feedback form

With the launch of the new Live Customer Feedback Dashboard last Thursday, you should be getting used to using it and helping reduce post-issue rates in your hubs.

Below are some use cases for why it's important to regularly check and act on feedback in the dashboard.

Dashboard Data vs KPI Reports

There might be discrepancies between the dashboard and your KPI reports due to:

👉 Issues that are manually created by agents (not through the customer help center) are currently not included. Will be added soon!

👉 Not all issues shown on the dashboard will count towards the issue rate KPIs, e.g. if the hub reported a redelivery via the workflow, we will not process the refund.

📣 We also launched a feedback form last week for the new dashboard and would love to keep hearing your thoughts and suggestions to keep improving the feature. If you haven't already, please fill in the form: Here

New OA Onboarding - Go Live: End of week!

Another exciting update we have is the brand new OA Edume training Courses ready to roll out!

    • New Content: Revised & updated content with more relevant focus topics per role, with more detailed explanations.

    • New Format: New short video formats and interactive Quizzes to deepen the training content and get our new starters flying!

    • New Structure: Reworked the order of courses and split them into five courses instead of one to focus attention and improve retention for onboarders.

Goal: OAs should focus fully on picking & restocking during their first shifts to get up to speed. Only afterward should they get trained on the other processes, like inventory & inbound.

    • New Poster: Onboarding is only effective if new joiners get the right experience at the hub, so we have created a poster to help guide you.

👉 Please make sure everyone is aware of the new process and make sure to download and print the Onboarding poster: Here

👉 If you are finding you have new staff who can't see the trainings in Edume please use this form to let us know.

🤓Don’t forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!

Read more about the different Hub Sizes here!

Why do we do shelf changes?

Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.

For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.

This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.

If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
