Dear hub managers, please ensure that the below participants are all aware of the training they have been written into for 23 November.
The training takes place in our hub in AMS_WEST (Van Slingelandtplein 15, 1051 DD Amsterdam, Netherlands).
Training starts at 09:00 sharp. Don't be late!
This training is in English.
E-learning to be completed before the training.
No use of mobile phones or laptops is allowed while the training is in motion. This can be done during lunch and breaks.

Each and everyone that has completed both the e-learning and the physical training should have received a BHV certificate in their email.

[ACTION] Important documents to printâď¸
In your position as manager or shift lead, it is important that you are familiar with the following terms and information inside the company
What is the RI&E?
What a prevention worker is and who it is?
Who the people partners and trust persons are inside the organisation.
Everyone in the hub should always know who the First raiders are in the hub.
I have made these Important docs to print for your hub, only the last slide should be filled in with hub actual information.
Print this out and place this at the SL desk on the wall.

[ACTION] Weekly approval of SL hours
Maybe many of you already did this but we would like to ask you to approve Shift-Lead hours every week from now on. This is for two main reasons:
1. We notice that hours are not or not correctly approved before the 4-week deadline. This often happens for example in case of long-term sickness or but also in the normal process. This causes incorrect payments where Shift-Leads are the victims and get underpaid.
2. The weekly profit & loss statement is now incomplete because Shift-Leads' hours are missing and can only be included after 4 weeks.
So remember to approve hours weekly.
Delistings & Shelf Changes

Tonight there will be some shelf changes.
Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here.
Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.
Changes will be made in the system overnight.

Also please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email.

[INFO] Winter rider gear
When the winter rider gear parcels are delivered in the hub and are handed over to the riders, please assign it to the riderâs name in the Hub Portal so that we get accurate data of what has been delivered and claimed.
You can do this by following 2 simple steps:
1 - Go to the option "ordered".
2 - Search and select the riderâs name and once the winter rider gear is handed over. Click on "Mark as assigned" on the top right.
