Your helmet only protects you if it’s worn properly.
But first — why is it non-negotiable?
🚨 What Happens in a Crash at 25km/h?
Most Flink delivery bikes ride at 20–25 km/h. That’s about the same as:
Falling from the 2nd story of a building
Getting hit by a car doing a slow roll through an intersection
At that speed, if your head hits the ground, the risk of serious injury is extremely high.
👉 Wearing a helmet reduces the risk of head injury by up to 70%.
👉 It reduces the risk of death by up to 40–50%.

Now imagine that the helmet flies off in the crash because it wasn’t strapped.
No protection = no point.
✅ How to Wear It Correctly:
Position: Helmet sits level on your head — not tilted back or forward
Straps: Tighten chin strap so only 1–2 fingers fit underneath
Check: Shake your head — the helmet shouldn’t move
Reflectors: Needed for visibility at night (make sure they’re built in)
💡 A helmet that comes off during a crash is as good as no helmet.
Always strap it up. Always check the fit. Every ride.
