Unpaid Study Leave: Employees pursuing work-related studies may apply for unpaid study leave, with the potential for cost reimbursement under specific conditions.
Work Anniversary Leave: Employees celebrating significant work anniversaries (5, 10, 15, or 20 years) will receive an extra vacation day, to be used within one year of the anniversary.
