Tip Booster Programme ⚡

Introducing the New Tip Distribution Programme!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Tip Distribution Programme, This programme is designed to reward top-performing riders and ensure a fair distribution of tips across the hub. Tips will be pooled together and distributed based on your tier and the number of hours you worked.

Tier Multipliers:

🥇 Gold Tier: Receive a 2x boost on tips per hour worked.

🥈 Silver Tier: Tips per hour will be paid as-is without a multiplier.

🥉 Bronze Tier: Tips per hour will be multiplied by 0.5x Silver tips.

How to Qualify:

Your weekly performance will determine your tier. To reach a specific tier, you must meet all required targets for that week.

Every Tuesday, you’ll receive a detailed report on your performance metrics, letting you know which tier you've earned and how much you’ll receive in tips. These tips will be added to your next payroll as usual.
