Metric | Definition | How to improve |
Deliveries per online hour | Number of orders delivered divided by hours spent online in the Workforce App |
Our main priority is your safety. When striving to improve this metric, please
ensure to cycle carefully!
Provide more availability during peak hours, stick to the app-suggested delivery routes, accept more trips, and minimize time spent with customers & leave the Hub.
If you support the hub with other activities, make sure to ask your Shift Lead to put you temporarily offline.
|
Acceptance rate | Total number of trip offers you accepted, divided by the number of trips offered to you | Make sure to accept all trips and when helping out with other hub tasks, ensure your Shift Lead switches your status to temporary offline. |
The average time at customer | Total time spent at customer divided by the number of orders delivered |
If you are struggling to find a customer, call them via the app.
To make sure your calls to customers go through, make sure your phone number is correct in the Workforce App.
|
Trips on-time compliance | Percentage of trips legs completed within Google estimated riding time. Trip legs could either be hub-to-customer, customer-to-customer (for stacked orders) as well as customer-to-hub |
Our main priority is your safety. When striving to improve this metric, please
ensure to cycle carefully!
Follow the suggested delivery routes, and swipe as soon as the destination is reached. Cycle efficiently & don’t forget about the safety!

*All delivery-related stats (completed orders, offered trips, completed trips, and tips) are linked to your personal Workforce App/Quinyx account - if you have delivered orders using a different hub account, those will not be counted.
