Each week we take a look at your shifts and send you a simple summary of your performance*.
Note: Rider and Ops Associate metrics are calculated separately based on the shifts completed in either role.
Here are the metrics that we share, a breakdown of how we calculate them, and some advice on how you can optimize each:
Hub employee metrics (both Rider and Ops Associates):
Metric | Explanation | How to improve |
Shifts and hours | Your total completed shifts and hours worked over the last week. |
You can work more hours than guaranteed in your contract by submitting more availability.
|
Orders delivered/picked | The number of orders you completed during the week. |
As a rider, accept more rides during your shifts to increase your completed orders.
As an Ops Associate, ensure to be prepared and ready to pick more during your shifts.
|
No-shows and shift lateness | The number of shifts where you didnât show up or punch in. |
Remember to punch in before every shift.
Note: You are considered late for a shift when you are over 10 minutes late.
Under your contract, you cannot be absent from work without a valid excuse. If you are sick, request this absence via Quinyx and contact your Hub Manager ASAP.
|
Availability | The number of available hours you submitted during hub opening hours is divided by your contracted hours. |
Submit at least 150% availability, or 20+ hours if you're on a 0-hour contract, during hub opening hours, at least 1 week in advance.
The more availability you submit, the higher your chances of getting preferred shifts.
|
Rider specific metrics:
Metric | Explanation | How to improve |
Tips | The tips youâve collected throughout your weekly deliveries. |
Your tips are dependent on the individual customer.
|
Trip Acceptance. | The percentage of trips you accepted during the week. |
Accept more trips to increase this percentage.
Remember: Thanks to stacking, you can complete multiple orders in a single trip.
If you are too busy with other hub tasks to complete rides, let your Shift Lead know so that youâre temporarily placed offline and weâre aware of this when calculating your stats.
|
Average orders per online hour. | The number of orders you delivered per hour spent in your Workforce app. | Our main priority is your safety. When striving to improve this metric, please ensure to cycle carefully. |
Offer acceptance rate | The total number of trips you accepted is divided by the number of trips offered to you, excluding manually reassigned trips. | Make sure to accept a sufficient number of trips and when helping out with other hub tasks, ensure your Shift Lead has switched you offline. |
Average time at customer | The total time you spent locating/with a customer divided by the number of orders delivered. | If youâre struggling to find a customer contact them via their phone number in the app. |
Ops Associate Metrics:
Metric | Explanation | How to improve |
Orders with missing or incorrect item | The number of orders you picked that customers reported to be missing an item or containing an incorrect item. | Make sure to pack your orders carefully and only skip a barcode when required. |
% skipped barcodes | The number of barcodes you skipped is divided by the total number of items you picked this week. |
Most of the items you pick have a barcode to help ensure picking accuracy.
Make sure to only skip scanning a barcode if it is damaged or not present on an item.
|
Average picking time | The average time it took you to pick an item last week. | Preparation is key to achieving optimal picking time. |
*All shift-related stats (no-shows, break compliance and lateness) are related to rider shifts and linked to your Quinyx account. If you completed shifts as an Ops Associate these shifts will not inform these stats.
*All delivery-related stats (completed orders, offered trips, completed trips and tips) are linked to your personal Workforce App/Quinyx account - if you have delivered orders using a different hub account, those will not be counted.
