Workplace Accidents & Insurance at Flink (Netherlands)
This article explains what happens after a workplace incident: what is covered, what is not, and what you must do to report it.
In short
Medical treatment is normally handled through your own Dutch health insurance (zorgverzekering).
Flink does not automatically reimburse medical expenses just because the incident happened at work.
Additional costs/damages may be reimbursed only if Flink is legally liable, or if a specific insurance coverage applies.
Important: Having your own Dutch health insurance is mandatory in the Netherlands.

Medical bills are sent to your health insurer.
Your eigen risico (deductible) may apply, depending on the treatment.
Flink does not automatically reimburse these medical costs.
If Flink is found legally liable for the accident, certain costs may be reimbursed via Flink or its liability insurer (depending on the assessment).
