To request a resignation, please use the Rider Care contact form and follow the steps to submit your resignation.
If you are still in your probationary period, both parties (Flink and you) are allowed to resign/terminate the contract at any given moment within your probation period.
If you are outside of your probationary period, both parties (Flink and you) have a one-month notice before your resignation/termination can be effective.
For example:
If you resign on July 31st - the first day of resignation will be September 1st.
If you resign on August 1st, your official resignation date is October 1st.
Can I be relieved of my one-month's notice?
In agreement with your hub manager, you can set an earlier date of resignation. Rider Care will then honor your request for earlier termination.
