Here is how it works:
Go to the rider app to find your referral code
Share your personalized referral link* (found in the Rider App) with any of your friends and any other great future Flinker you know (see screenshots)
Your friend(s) gets hired, they’ve completed a full month with Flink, with zero no-shows, and worked at least 5 shifts**
We will onboard them and they’ll join the Flink Family
You and your friend will receive a bonus with your next salary once all the above conditions are fulfilled.
