With new gear comes new responsibility!<br><br>It's part of our mandatory uniform policy to wear your rider gear during every shift. To encourage this, we created the Rider equipment deposit. The deposit is a 50€ amount that we withdraw from your last payslip in case you do not return the gear on your last shift. You only have to return your Flink jacket.

<b>Here's how to return your Flink jacket and get your equipment deposit back:</b>

Hand in your <a href="https://helpcenter.goflink.com/nl-workforce/en/articles/16296160">termination notice</a>.

Give your Flink jacket to your Hub Manager or Shift Lead before your exit date.

1. You may keep items such as t-shirts, gloves and scarves as a nice memory of your Flink days!

Your Hub Manager or Shift Lead will confirm that you have returned your jacket via the hub dashboard.

This information is forwarded to our Payroll Team and you receive your deposit back in full with the upcoming pay period.

If you do not return your Flink jacket on your last shift, 50€ will be withdrawn from your last payslip.

Returning your Flink jacket allows us to recycle it and prolong its lifetime.
