Hub Manager
The Hub Manager is responsible for the general management of a hub and making sure that all daily operations are running smoothly. He or she is the supervisor of all hub employees, takes more strategic decisions as well, and oversees recruiting, planning, and absence requests.
Shift Leader
A Shift Lead makes sure we are keeping to our promise of minutes of delivery by supervising all the picking, dispatching, and related operations.
Ops Associate
The Ops Associate is mainly responsible for order picking. Every new incoming order needs to be picked, packaged, and handed over to the rider. Apart from that, the Ops Associate also supports different tasks within store operations such as shelf replenishment, cleaning, hub inventory control, supporting the products receiving, stock counts, and freshness checks.
Rider
The Rider is always in motion. He receives the order from the Ops Associate, delivers it swiftly to our customers, and returns to the Hub. During idle times, he supports the Ops Associate and Shift leads on various tasks at the Hub.
