What to do when you have not received your salary

We understand how important it is to receive your paycheck on time. If your salary hasn’t arrived yet, here’s what you need to know:

  1. Processing Time
Salaries may take up to three business days to process and reach your bank account after the official payday. Please allow some time for the payment to clear.

  2. No Payment by Tuesday? Contact Your Hub Manager
If your salary hasn’t arrived by the Tuesday following payday, speak with your hub manager. They can help identify and resolve any issues.

  3. Common Reasons for Delays
Here are a few common causes of salary delays:

    • Your working hours have not yet been approved by your hub manager.

    • Time off (e.g., sick days or vacation) was not correctly recorded in the system.

    • Approval of your working hours was submitted late (after Tuesday at 9:00 AM).

  4. Still No Payment? Contact RiderCare
If your hours and time off have been correctly recorded and approved, but you still haven’t received your salary, reach out to RiderCare. They will investigate further and help resolve the issue.

We are committed to ensuring you receive your salary promptly. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to your hub manager or RiderCare for assistance.
