When delivering orders, you are able to call the customer by clicking on the call button:
However, in order to call the customers successfully, you must have your phone number updated on the Workforce app, and "Show caller ID" turned on on your phone.
How to turn on "Show caller ID"
IoS:
On your phone, go to Settings > Phone.
Under Calls, select Show My Caller ID and toggle it on.
Android:
Open the Call App and go to Settings.
Select Supplementary Services or Calls.
Choose Caller ID and, in the dropdown, select Always.
