Below are updates on community events you’d like to see in the future, more info regarding the E-commerce CLA change and the referral bonuses.

Flink becomes member of E-Commerce Nederland employer union

Two weeks ago we announced that Flink joined the employer organization E-commerce Nederland.

Be aware that for everyone who did not choose to refer back to the Supermarket CLA the next payroll (this Friday), will be paid according jto the new CLA. Given this change you will receive a new login for WerknemerLoket and you will notice a difference on your payslip.

We can imagine that having multiple logins for WerknemerLoket is not ideal, therefore you could start using Clever , where you are able to link your WerknemerLoket and see all your payslips in one overview. Currently Clever is only available in Dutch.

Please note that your first point of contact will be your hub manager when you have questions regarding the new CLA. When he or she can’t answer your question, you don’t know the answer after you have consulted this FAQ section, or you do not want to switch to the new CLA please file your question via the Request Form.

We miss you!

We’ve noticed that some riders/pickers with a min/max hour contract have not worked for a while. We would love to see you in the hub again!

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the above mentioned and to plan your shifts accordingly in Quinyx.

Please fill in the Hub Care Form if you want to change your contract, if you have any questions, or you want to terminate your contract.

Update: Referral Bonuses

From next week onwards, the referral bonuses are going to be paid out. In order to receive the referral bonus, the following criteria are in place for your referred friend:

When your referred friend meets the criteria, a gross bonus will be added to your next payslip

Complete mandatory training by 25 March

This is a friendly reminder for all riders & pickers to complete the onboarding training before 25 March. Complete it and you’ll get paid for it!

How to do it?

You’ll get an email from Northpass to activate your account so you can start the online course. Click here for more instructions.

When to do it?

Do it before or after your shift. It takes about 45 minutes and you’ll get paid for that time.
