A Look Back at 2021
It’s been an incredible year, and we are very proud of what we’ve achieved together in the last months. Some of the achievements we’re especially proud of include:
✅ Our first ever hub opening in The Netherlands in March.
✅ Over 100 hubs now live in four different countries 🇩🇪🇳🇱🇫🇷🇦🇹
✅ We painted the The Netherlands pink with our Flink billboards

Upcoming: Flink SE Works Council to Be Established
We know that the people making up the team at Flink are the backbone of Flink’s success. With that in mind, we would like to announce that Flink is about to establish a works council at Flink SE level (the parent company of the Flink group). The SE works council will be in action for cross-border topics. It’s where members of the Flink team can volunteer to be elected, with the goal of ensuring that your voice is heard for topics that span across the whole of Flink internationally.
The SE works council will likely consist of 12 members across our markets, with three positions allocated to the Netherlands. We will share more information on the election process in the upcoming weeks.

On 6th of December we switched our scheduling tool from Shyftplan to Quinyx - here a quick reminder on how to use it.
Punching in and out
When you start your shift do not forget to always punch in with your employee number via the Hub tablet or Shift Lead. When your shift is over, do not forget to punch out. Punching in and out is the only way to log your shift in our system which ensures that you’ll get paid the right amount of hours worked. Your employee number is your badge number in the Quinyx app.
