Step 1: Utilize Web (Flunch) Punching
Our current method for attendance tracking involves web (Flunch) punching. Please ensure you're using the Flunch web platform for this purpose.
Step 2: Compliance Photos
Each time you punch in, the system will automatically capture a photo, make sure your face is in full view so the system can recognize you. These photos are retained for 65 days to support any potential payroll-related disputes. This measure ensures fairness and accuracy.
Step 3: Using Your Employee Number
To punch in, you'll need to enter your unique employee number. You can easily locate this number in the 'My Page' section of the Quinyx app, just below your name.
Step 4: Smart Warnings
The system is designed to provide warnings if you are late or if you mistakenly punch in when you're not scheduled to work. These warnings are also visible in your manager's schedule.
Step 5: Recording Shifts and Breaks
Remember that punching in and out is required not only for your scheduled shifts but also for designated breaks in between.
By following these steps, you can accurately record your work hours and ensure a streamlined process. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to support you. đđđ¸
