Updated Policies
Please be informed that a few important documents have been recently updated. These include The Employee Handbook, Behavioral Standards and the Disciplinary Actions Decision Matrix. These documents can be found on the Help Center. Please do them carefully and reach out if you have any questions.
Bonus Scheme: 11 April ā 24 April
Please find our bonus scheme for the upcoming period in the Rider Help Center. Donāt forget to book your shifts within that period to be eligible. You can always find the most up-to-date bonus schemes here.
Payroll FAQ
You can find the most common questions about salaries and payslips here.
Donāt worry if you havenāt received your salary immediately, it could take up to 2 more working days before you can see it on your account. Patience is highly appreciated before reaching out to the Rider Care Team.
Please note: if you are a new rider, you will receive your login credentials via email after your first payroll. You donāt need to contact us or do anything for now.
