RAF Winter Campaign

Only in October and November you can earn even more money by referring friends to Flink!

How?🤔
It’s simple: refer three friends at Flink to become a rider and if they’re hired*, you get €500 (gross) on top of what you're already earning.

Get started:
1 - Open your Flink Rider app
2 - Select “Options” in the upper left side of your screen
3 - Go to “Refer & Earn”
4 - Start sharing your personal link with your friends

Click here to start referring your friends.

*Note: Your referee must work 5 shifts without any no-show, in the period of 4 weeks with a contract start date between the 1st of October and the 30th of November for you to receive your reward.

Hub Ops Updates

[INFO] Terminology - Ops Associate

You may hear this term Ops associate. This is merely a naming convention our colleagues in Germany have adopted for pickers and inventory coordinators. So if you hear or read the term Ops Associates it just means pickers and inventory coordinators.

[INFO] Upcoming changes in November - Picker to Rider Handover Process

As we all know, it is really important that picked orders get dispatched quickly, efficiently, and correctly to the customer.

For this reason we will be providing you with equipment and tools to improve this process. Our colleagues in Germany have tested and shown a smoother, better handover time and less customer complaints!

In November we will plan to test the new Handover Process here as well starting with 1 hub in every city cluster (region). This will give leadership across the country the opportunity to experience the changes before it goes live in the rest of the hubs in each city cluster.

Your city manager and hub manager will have meetings in the coming week to get more details about this. So stay tuned for online training and for more information!

[INFO] Changes in Rider app - your rider profile section!

Check out the changes in your rider profile in the rider app (last mile). Go to your rider profile. That's the place where you can see your tips earned.

From now on you’ll be able to view all your daily trip statistics (i.e. number of orders delivered, distance traveled, delivery time etc.). Soon you'll be able to view weekly statistics as well!

Flink News

Austria has gone pink for Flink in our latest out-of-home campaign! Our colleagues in Austria made sure that all of our fellow park goers would think of a Flink.

A huge thanks to all involved in painting Austria with Flink!
