Survey Feedback

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for your continued feedback in our regular engagement surveys: whilst we’re still working on a process in place where we can take action on each piece of feedback, rest assured that we do read through all the feedback you share in both the survey and Quinyx pulse check. So thank you very much for your honesty.
​
Additionally, here are a few improvements we made so far in the past months based on your feedback:
​
- Rider App: new tipping feature
- Bike equipment improvements: water-repellent gloves coming very soon
- Brand new rider gear: new and improved gear coming in 2023
- Team improvements
- Recognition: testing out reward opportunities in select regions
- Seasonal improvements: water bottles for summer

Do x Get Y Incentive Programme
​

Introducing a new reward program called the ‘Do x Get y Incentive Programme’!
​
How does the DxGy Programme work? Simply work 6 shifts during 10 October – 23 October and you’ll receive a bonus reward of €30 (gross)*!
​
Note: in order for you to claim your reward, your shift can't have any absences during those assigned shifts.
​

RAF Winter Campaign
​
​

Only in October and November you can earn even more money by referring friends to Flink!
​
​How?🤔
It’s simple: refer three friends at Flink to become a rider and if they’re hired*, you get €500 (gross) on top of what you're already earning.
​
Get started:
1 - Open your Flink Rider app
2 - Select “Options” in the upper left side of your screen
3 - Go to “Refer & Earn”
4 - Start sharing your personal link with your friends
​
Click here to start referring your friends.
​
*Note: Your referee must work 5 shifts without any no-show, in the period of 4 weeks with a contract start date between the 1st of September and the 30th of September for you to receive your reward.
​

Hub Ops Updates
​
​

In App Navigation - Rider App
​
​

From now on you’ll be able to navigate through Google Maps within the Rider App.
​
Please follow the below steps:
- First of all make sure to grant your location tracking;
- Allow the App to access your device’s location. Click on “precise”;
- Then start your trip;
- Then confirm once again by clicking on “yes, i am in”;
- And now click on start and follow the route;
- Remember to slide once you arrive at your destination.
