Update: E-commerce Nederland
​
​

Our e-commerce sector has been in the news a lot the past few days. Now the E-commerce CLA has not become mandatory for our full industry, the FNV union claims that supermarket CLA now also applies to our e-commerce industry.
​
We can imagine that this leads to questions. Therefore, we want to make it clear that this is not correct. The E-Commerce CLA offers fair and suitable labor conditions for jobs in this fast growing sector. As Flink is a member of E-commerce NL, this CLA will continue to apply to you. Do x Get Y Incentive Programme
​
​

Continuing with our Variable Incentives programme, we’ve decided to introduce the ‘Do x Get y Incentive Programme’!
​
How does the DxGy Programme work? Simply work 10 shifts during 26 September – 9 October andyou’ll receive a bonus reward of €50 (gross)*!
​
Note: in order for you to claim your reward, your shift can't have any absences during those assigned shifts.
​

*The bonus will be rewarded to you if you meet all conditions of the DxGy Incentive Programme.

Hub Ops Updates

HubOneRollout
​
​

The new HubOne app will be rolled out in all hubs in the coming weeks.
​
Ops Associates will use this app on a daily basis for picking. Inbounding and inventory management features will be added later in the coming months.
​
Please review the video updates in Notion on the hub computer before your next shift.
