Leave for mourning (also known as beareavement/loss grief) provides employees with time off to grieve the loss of a loved one and to attend to necessary arrangements during this difficult time. This policy recognizes the emotional and logistical challenges that come with the death of a family member and offers support to employees as they navigate their grief.
