How to report issues with fridges or freezers

This guide describes the process of reporting issues with fridges or freezers and how they are then fixed by Seco. Seco is the maintenance partner for coolers, overhead Freezers, top loaders and walk-in fridges in the hubs.

This process is important, so OA+, Shift Leads and Hub Managers know how to report an issue in time, and the information is passed on to Seco quicker.

Process

  1. Select New ticket.

  2. Select Other issues.

  3. Select Broken fridge/freezer.

  4. Fill in the required fields:

    1. Enter the affected shelf number.

    2. Choose the degree of damage:

      1. Minor damage: the device has a small issue, so SKU's can still be received.

      2. Major damage: the device has a total malfunction, so SKU's can't be received anymore.

    3. Describe the damage as detailed as possible.

    4. Enter the serial number of the cooling device.

  5. Click Submit.

The ticket will be automatically processed to Seco. As soon as they approve it, Seco will plan a maintenance visit.
