Flink Rescue Bags - Go Live: 10.4.25

We have a very exciting update to inform you about!

Starting Thursday, we will stop using TGTG and introduce the In-house Flink Rescue Bag!

This way we are able to offer our customers discounted products alongside other products delivered to their door, and further utilize our waste and increase sales.

Important to know:

  • We will have five new SKUs:

    • Rettertüte (equals TGTG Surprise Bag)

    • Rettertüte Bäckerei (equals TGTG Bakery Bag)

    • Rettertüte Alkohol

    • Rettertüte Tiefkühlkost

    • Rettertüte Haushalt und Drogerie

  • Bags will have stickers (these should of been delivered to all hubs this week)

  • Use the Rescue Bag Builder in HubOne (former TGTG Assistant) to create and inbound the bags

  • You must finish building bags in the Rescue Bag Builder for them to update the stock in the system.

👉 Please check out the detailed presentation here

👉 You will receive the stickers in the next days!

Cycle integration - Go Live: 9.4.25 @ 9:30am

We have a new process to roll out to all hubs, involving how cycle closes damage reports

If your cycle mechanic sets a damage report (DR) to ‘fixed’ from their side, the damage report will be marked as fixed and the bike set to operational in the Hub Portal; if cycle cancels the ticket the bike will show as archived by Cycle.

Make sure to check that the cycle mechanic has completed the open tickets because only then will the automation mark the bike as in operation in the portal.

And the recently added update to Hub Portal of the column in the Fleet tool ‘archived by’ indicates if a damage report was archived by Flink or by Cycle.

There is also a Slack bot that will show which bikes have had updated tickets:

What you need to do:

  • Please make sure to still do a visible check of the bikes after the mechanic leaves. This will be especially important now.

  • If the damage is still there, please open a new damage report.

Rider Internet calls - Go Live: 9.4.25 @ 9:30am

A small but important update for riders and how they call the customers.

What you need to know:

  • Calls will be via the internet instead of a normal phone, which will work better and make it easier to contact customers.

  • Internet calls are free of charge for the rider.

  • In case it doesn't work, there is still the option via normal phone.

  • Please encourage Riders to use the call button and try it out!

Compliance Tool - Update

To keep the process in one place, we’ve added new warning types to the Compliance Tool in the Hub Portal:

  • Lateness 7-30 mins

  • Lateness > 30 mins

  • Late sick note request

  • Manual warnings

Please read the detailed presentation.

The Looker Dashboards and Slackbots will be deprecated.

Shelf changes

_________________________________

[1.0 + 3.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes

No 1.0 shelf change this week :)

Please try accessing the link using hub’s goflink account. Access requests using private mail addresses will be declined.

In the google drive folder you will find the G-sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf change.

Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here

Some notes on the sheets:

  • The sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code is valid for your hub.

  • "SKU" you can find the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space.

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf".

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty or has 999X, the product has been delisted in your hub.

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

  • The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Muhammad Al Zabir Rakin.

Thank you!
