[Go-live] New exit screen for order picking - Live 17.06 📲
Whenever you were picking and pressed the ‘back’ button to exit the picking flow, the order got stuck within the flow. We have corrected this mistake!
On 17.06, Pickers will see an extra screen when leaving the picking flow that instructs them to go back to the order to complete it.
This will help to avoid “invisible orders” that are stuck in the picking state.

[Reminder] Inbounding ginger 🫚
We have been selling ginger for over a year now. Here's a brief overview of our process:
Receiving: we receive a 5kg box of Bio Ginger.
Handling: since the ginger is loose, it cannot be inbounded as Bio and is sold as conventional.
Bundling: bundle the ginger into 120g portions. This will create 40 items of 120g each (4,8kg in total), leaving a 200g buffer:
SKU accuracy: it is crucial to inbound the ginger on the correct SKU to ensure accurate tracking of ordered vs. received goods.
Please ensure to inbound ginger only to the following SKUs, based on the Country of Origin (CoO):
111651017 – Ingwer ca. 100g (Brasilien)
11017532 – Ingwer ca. 100g (China)
11013744 – Ingwer ca. 100g (Peru)
We have multiple SKUs due to historical sales of different quantities. To avoid errors, only use the three SKUs mentioned above.
Here, you can refer to the first announcement we’ve made about this on 04.04.2023.
Help spreading the knowledge with new colleagues so this topic doesn’t get lost!
🆘 If you have any issues, write a Hub Alert ticket

[2.0 Hubs] Shelf Changes
__________________________________
[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes
IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.
In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.
Please find the file here {LINK}
Some notes on the sheets:
the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;
"SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;
"oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";
"newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);
if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
