[Action] Too Good To Go push ⬆️
What do we want to achieve?
Too Good To Go (TGTG) helps us reduce our food waste. However, we only give 30% of all eligible waste items to TGTG.
We want this to change 🤝 With the TGTG push, we want to push the TGTG vs. waste ratio up significantly over the next weeks.
However: the goal of the initiative is to reduce food waste and not increase TGTG bags in general. That’s why it’s important not to outbound more items as waste in order to push for more TGTG bags. We will solely measure the share of TGTG bags compared to your total waste.
What do you need to do?
Print out the One pagers and hang them in your hub
Confirm that you printed them by sending us a picture via this form (mandatory)
Follow the TGTG process as described in the One pagers on a daily basis and give away all eligible waste items through TGTG bags

Note: At customer time (after swiping 'arrived') will not be reflected in this KPI.

[Insight] Accidents at work 🤕
We appreciate very much your and your employees’ efforts in following safety guidelines and protocols. In order for all of us to create a safe and secure work environment, all hub employees must report all accidents they are involved in.
Here’s why reporting accidents is so important:
We can investigate the cause of the accident and implement measures to prevent similar accidents from happening in the future.
We can ensure that the employees receive the necessary medical attention and support they need to recover from their injuries.
By documenting and reporting accidents in a timely manner, we can protect them and the company from potential legal and financial liabilities from third-party damages.
💡Keep in mind: accidents at work of any kind (personal injury or property damage to third parties) are generally covered by our liability insurance.
Illegal acts that are considered as criminal offenses are not covered and can result with fines from the authorities.*
Who reports the accident?
Hub employees must report the accident to their Hub Manager and create a ticket under Accident Reporting and Insurance in the Help Center.
Share with your hub employees the resources for accident management
Hub employees can find more information about how to report an accident, how to minimize the risk of accident and our accident policy in our Help Center.
Hub Managers and Shift Leads can find more information about accident management here.
👩💼 If you have any concerns or suggestions on how we can improve safety measures at the workplace, feel free to reach out to your supervisor or the HR department.
Stay safe and take care of each other 🫂

if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.
