  • Order is delivered without Flink container

  • Marketplace customer support is responsible for customer communication

Delivery-as-a-Service: Internal Flink orders are delivered by external drivers

Possible providers: Wolt-Drive, Uber-Direct

  • Customers order via the Flink app

  • Order is delivered by external driver

  • Order is delivered without Flink container

  • Flink Customer Care is responsible for customer communication

Important: Please report all technical challenges in #tech_hub_service-de.

[REMINDER] Flowtify - The most important checks for authorities ✅

The checks in Flowtify are of great importance for authorities that request relevant information during inspections in our hubs. Failure to perform these checks and missing important information, such as temperature data, can result in significant fines.

⇒ All Flowtify checks must therefore be performed 100% of the time.

Important: Please address questions or challenges regarding Flowtify in the channel #flowtify-support.

Check more about Flowtify here (for Shift Leads) and here (for Hub Managers). Check the Hub Wiki here for directions on certain checks.

[INSIGHT] New Inbound Campaign - With detail against low fillrates

We start from Thursday with a new initiative to improve inbound fillrates:

  • Every Hub Manager has to check all SKUs in a G-Sheet (see screenshot) for days where the Rewe Fillrate was 95% or lower.

  • If there is a difference between the expected delivery quantity and the actual quantity posted, the reason for the corresponding discrepancy must be indicated

⇒ Through this campaign, we increase transparency for the hubs as well as the HQ regarding the causes of low fill rates.

[INSIGHT] A high number of unsolved tickets in People Services team

  • Due to absences in the People Services team, we have a high number of unsolved tickets. We currently have 1453 cases open for People Services.

    • Please only escalate tickets related to Visa to the People Services team, we are working on solving the tickets as fast as we can and we will process resignations, document requests, etc. as fast as possible with our current resources.

  • We also kindly ask you to remind the employees to not open multiple tickets so that their issues can be solved more quickly and to choose the best suitable option in the contact form for faster reply times.

[REMINDER] Accident reporting; please remind the employees to fill in an accident report

  • If employees have a work accident, they should always raise a ticket using the contact form choosing the option “Accident & Reporting” and fill in the required information.

  • This will save the team a lot of time and ensure that our insurance gets all the information needed to more efficiently handle the accident reports.

    • Employees will of course not be liable for a working accident, this info is solely needed to inform our insurance company and ensure a smooth process.

More about it here.

:rotating-light-red:

IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.

:rotating-light-red:

In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here {LINK}

Some notes on the sheets:

  • the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;

  • "SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.
