[INSIGHT] Follow up - Working in the rain 🌧️

Due to the wet weather in the last days we would like to give you again 3 important hints for working in the rain.

1. Ride carefully 🚲

Please make sure that riders drive especially carefully in the rain. The speed should be reduced and braking should be dosed so that the rider reaches the destination safely.

2. Proper equipment 🧥

Make sure that there is enough rainwear in the hub and that all riders put it on in time with the onset of rain.

3. Closed boxes and side bags 🔒

The bike boxes and side pockets should remain closed in all weather conditions to protect the orders from moisture.

[INSIGHT] TooGoodToGo week 30 - 4,088 TGTG bags sold 🚀

3647 'Mystery" Bags (+ 3.8% Wow)

441 ‘Bakery’ Bags (+ 55% WoW)

[UPDATE] Zendesk Cleaning Service Provider Feedback Form 🧹 🧽

The Zendesk form and associated process for following up on feedback about our cleaning service providers has been improved.

The goal is that every day when:

  • No cleaning has taken place or

  • The cleaning was poor,

that we receive your feedback from the Hub via this Zendesk Form by 12 noon on the same day and immediately forward it to the service provider. This is so that the issue can be corrected on the same day.

[ACTION] 2.0 Hubs Shelf Changes

:rotating-light-red:

IMPORTANT: The shelf Change is only Valid for the Hubs that are in hub 2.0 setup.

:rotating-light-red:

In the google drive folder you will find the G sheet files for all the hubs that are affected in the shelf changing. Please only follow the ones that have exactly the same naming of your hubs and also be careful with following the same hub code while downloading the files.

Please find the file here {LINK}

Some notes on the sheets:

  • the sheets are, as mentioned above, Hub specific. So only the sheet named with your hub code counts;

  • "SKU" you can find a the SKU which needs to be moved to another shelf space;

  • "oldShelf" - 4th column: If the cell is empty, we just assigned this product to your Hub, so please just store it in the shelf mentioned in "new shelf";

  • "newShelf" - 5th column: If the cell is empty, you can get rid of the product (same process like delisting);

  • if both "shelf" and "newShelf" have a shelf number, it's a normal shelf change.

The changes will go live tonight between 01 am and 07 am, please reorder the products tonight/ tomorrow morning.

If you have any questions, please contact @space_planning.

Thank you!
