The 4 Steps to a Clean Hub

Step 1: Know the Program

Familiarize yourself with the official work program. It details which areas to clean, how often, and which color-coded cloths to use.

Step 2: Follow the Guidelines

The cleaning guidelines provide the most efficient practices for a complete and thorough cleaning of the entire hub.

Step 3: Use the Right Products

Always use the approved cleaning products. Check the list to see what you need. If you're running low, order more via Coupa.

Step 4: Create Your Schedule

Customize the cleaning schedule template for your hub. Save it on your hub computer and assign tasks to your team.

Cleaning Services & Equipment

Elis Dry Carpets

Dry carpets are provided by Elis to improve hygiene, prevent slips, and maintain the hub's appearance. They are picked up, cleaned, and replaced on a 4-week cycle.

Responsibilities

Elis Responsibilities:

  • Pickup and delivery of mats every 4 weeks.

  • Inspection of mats for damage after cleaning.

  • Replacement of any defective mats.

Flink Responsibilities:

  • Ensure access for pickup and delivery.

  • Monitor the service schedule via the Elis portal.

  • Ensure mats are not moved from their designated spots.

Floor Scrubber (Wipeket SWM20E)

The Wipeket SWM20E is a compact, battery-powered scrubber dryer used for the efficient cleaning of smooth indoor floors. This guide covers its basic operation. For detailed information, please refer to the full manual.

Quick Start Guide

✅ Before Use

  1. Ensure coarse dirt is swept from the floor.

  2. Check that the battery is fully charged.

  3. Fill the fresh water tank.

▶️ To Start Cleaning

  1. Turn on the main battery switch.

  2. Swipe one of the key cards over the control panel to unlock the machine.

  3. Press the suction motor button to activate suction.

  4. Press the brush button to start the brush rotation.

⏹️ After Cleaning

  1. Turn off the brush and suction motors.

  2. Turn off the main battery switch.

  3. Empty the wastewater tank after every use.

  4. Place the machine on the charger so it's ready for next time.

🧰 Maintenance

  1. Perform a quick visual check of the brush, squeegee, and hoses before each use.

  2. Weekly, check that the brush rotates freely and water sprays evenly.

  3. Clean the fresh water and air filters regularly.
