This guide describes the hygiene materials that are provided to the hubs by the company CWS. This article is important, so Hub Managers, Shift Leads and Ops Associate Plus know which articles to have in the hub bathrooms.
Overview
All hubs are serviced monthly by CWS. Your hub should receive toilet paper, soap refills and hand towel refills once per month.
If you require more materials or receive too many materials or need to order missing equipment please escalate this on the CWS workflow in the nl_hub-managers channel.
Important:
Lady bins should always have a bin liner.
Please make sure to refill the material in a timely manner.
The following CWS material should be present in each hub:
Lady bin in all women's bathrooms - it should always have a bin liner / bag present inside. Please replace them yourself when needed.
2. A paper towel dispenser should be present in bathrooms where you have the possibility to wash your hands.
A toilet paper dispenser should be present in each bathroom and filled up at all times.
A handwash dispenser should be present in each bathroom where you have the possibility to wash your hands.
