šØPaper bag orders for December
The cut-off times in Germany DC start from the 21st December
All orders for paper bags must be submitted before 21-12 in Coupa by the hub managers. Everything after will not be processed this year anymore. The first process day in the next year will be the 2nd of January
Please order the equipment accordingly so your hubs are prepared for the Festive season.

š”Live Steering Picking Speed - Live on Thursday 07.12.23
The picking speed (average picking time per item) will be displayed on employee level on the activity dashboard. Use this information to assess if picking is going smoothly during the day:
See live performance of your pickers
Identify low performers, and if anything is slowing down picking (i.e. missing equipment, restocking needed, inbounding carts) or OAs need support
The number shows the average picking speed per item of the current day and is updated after every picked order. Picking time here is excluding container assignment time -> from clicking āstart pickingā until clicking āassign containerā.

As the holiday season is around the corner, it is time to talk about the bonus Shift Leads will receive during these days. Down below we have listed the Bank Holidays and the bonus Shift Leads will receive for worked shifts on these dates.
Bank Holidays
25th of December, 2023.
26th of December, 2023.
31st of December, 2023, evening (closing) shift only.
1st of January, 2024.
Bonus
During the days above, Shift Leads will receive a ā¬40 gross bonus for every shift worked. For the 31st of December, 2023, this is only applicable for the evening (closing) shift only.
