Reward Policy Country Operations - E-Commerce CLA
At Flink we value everyone who works hard to get 1% better everyday.
The E-Commerce CLA is set up to reward accordingly, offering a possibility to progress in a role with a range of levels in a scale, based on the time in the role and performance. Each level in the scale represents a salary that rewards a next level of experience and performance.
With each additional year in the role, every employee has the opportunity to move one level up in the scale if performing consistently in line with the years of experience of the next level in the scale.
A development & performance review is performed twice a year. During this review the development and performance of each Hub Manager and Shift Lead is reviewed, including the readiness to move up a step in the salary scale.
Guidelines to make a step up in the salary scale
An Employee needs to be minimum 12 months in role to be in scope for a step in the scale;
An Employee needs to consistently perform equivalent to the years of experience of that level: e.g., step 4 in the scale represents a salary rewarding a performance in line with 3 years of experience in the role.
An employee can take a maximum of 1 step in the scale every 12 months
If the performance of an employee is not at the expected level yet after 12 months in role, the performance & level in the scale is reviewed again after 6 months during the next performance review.
The highest level of the scale is the maximum salary level for a role. This means an employee at this level is at the maximum of its pay and is not eligible for further increases, except for the 3% annual increases of the salary scale agreed up until May 2024.
The decision if an employee is ready for a step in the scale is made final and confirmed with the employee's anniversary in role.
Please see the scales as agreed in the E-Commerce CLA below.
The CLA is agreed up until April 30, 2025.
Each level increases with 3% each year in May up until May 2024: this means the new minimum hourly salary is applied as shown in the table below:
