[ACTION] Flink Safety Assessment - Deadline 23rd Oct
We take the safety of our team members very seriously, and one crucial aspect of that is making sure everyone has the right knowledge and awareness of safety in the workplace. To help with this, we've created the Flink Safety Assessment to check your understanding of various safety topics.
The assessment consists of 8 sections (see below), and you can earn a total of 47 points. To pass, you'll need to obtain at least 40 points (90%).
Fire Protection & First Aid (EHBO)
Emergency Plan & Evacuation Plan
Securitas (Access Management & Hub Security)
Food Safety (HACCP)
Right-to-work
Psychological Safety
We kindly ask you to complete the assessment before October 23rd, 2023. Your participation is crucial in keeping our workplace safe for everyone!

Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here.
Please move the products to their new shelves tonight after closure or tomorrow before opening.
Changes will be made in the system overnight.

Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email. In case of any issues, please contact Daan den Bieman.

Equipment Updates

[INFO] Winter rider gear
As the temperature has started to drop, the winter rider gear bundles are ready to order. The bundles consist of a jacket, gloves and a scarf. Please encourage the riders to place the orders for the winter gear via the Workforce app.
[INFO] Walk-in fridge floors
All the HM’s and CM’s have got access to the MCFT portals for their respective hubs. Cooling equipment related issues must be reported on the MCFT portal by the HM including the floors for the walk-in fridge.
If you want to add pictures as a reference for the engineer, please attach it in the reply to the confirmation email that you receive after creating a ticket.
