This guide describes the process of onboarding Shift Leads, as well as the onboarding plan in detail. The onboarding process is the targeted integration of new Shift Leads at Flink. This process is important to guarantee that the Shift Leads conduct their future tasks efficiently and are well integrated in the team.
This guide is important to Hub Managers, so they can ensure that the Shift Leads have a proper onboarding that prepares them for their job as quickly and as well as possible.
General process
The applicants sign their contract with Flink digitally.
The new Shift Lead receives a welcome email with the 1-week onboarding plan.
They receive an email to activate SAP (Successfactors) and to upload their personal information in there.
On their starting day at 09:00, they receive an email to activate Okta. This gives them access to their GoFlink email account, EduMe, and more. The activation link is valid for 24 hours.
