[ACTION] Inform Riders about Location Confirmation Pop-Up

In the workforce app, a new pop-up message will appear today when riders slide arrived at destinations, when they’re still too far away (>100m).

This will help us to keep our customers happy by managing their expectations and to be ready on time for the next order.

Here is the onepager you can share about the changes.

For more information see the hub wiki pages Rider App & Rider App Swipe Compliance

[INFO] HubOne Feedback

HubOne is now live with all features, which means that from now on iteration can start! Help our Product Team build the best apps for your daily work by actively giving your opinion / feedback. Use the following channels to report any feedback - and please share with your team!

  • Inbounding (Dropping list)

  • Outbound during Inbounding

  • Inventory / Stock Checks (please still ignore Fresh Checks for now in HubOne > via Flowtify)

  • Stock Corrections (and Too Good To Go)

Thanks a lot for your feedback already! Please review the top priority points below:

  • Stock Corrections

Q: Since the Inventory Manager is going to be disabled, where can we see the live stock (levels)?

  • A: You can use the Stock Change Log in the Hub Portal and possible errors in the stock will be triggered in the Inventory Checks.

Q: Will there be a search bar in the Stock Correction feature?

  • A: Adding this is being considered at the moment. Hope to get back to you soon about this!

Inbounding

Q: Can we see the current stock during inbounding (not editable)?

  • A: Yes. We will add this feature at the end of February.

Inventory Checks

Q: Will there be a search bar in the Checks feature (if a product isn't scannable)?

  • A: Adding this is being considered at the moment. Probably added mid-March

Q: Is it possible to sort the product according to shelf number after you group the checks under different priority and category?

  • A: Yes. A new prioritisation is already in the making and will be ready end of Feb / begin of March

Q: Is it possible to put the amount of items on the shelf when we scan to check?

  • A: Yes. We will add this feature very soon, it is planned for the second half of February.

Delistings & Shelf Changes

[ACTION] Big Shelf Change Round Tonight

  • As announced last week, tonight/tomorrow morning we have a bigger round of shelf changes to prepare for the upcoming shelf reorganisation (please check last week's newsletter for more details).

  • For this, we are simply swapping 5 shelves with each other (Drug Store Shelves <> Food Shelves).
This means for example the A level of one shelf will be swapped with the A level of the other shelf etc.

  • For the high work load additional promotional shifts have been created in Quinyx for tomorrow morning.

  • Please find the list with shelf changes for your hub here or via the button above. They will be uploaded after 2pm today.
The changes will be made in the system over night after closure.

  • Since this means a high amount of changes, please make sure to execute the shelf changes tomorrow morning / if possible start preparing tonight already. For any questions please reach out to Lucy Kraemer.

[INFO] No Delistings this week

  • Please check your Looker send-out from yesterday for previously delisted products which still have stock in your hub, and outbound them following the instructions in the email.

Learning & Development

[INFO] BHV Emergency Response Training Planned

Those assigned to training dates will be receiving confirmations from BHV NL.

Employees that have not done BHV before are required to pass an online exam. Can you please make sure staff do this?

Managers are placed in copy in the confirmation so that they can follow up.

Additionally you can view assigned dates and the status in your relevant city manager file here.

Note: There are several employees that are on the waitlist for their preferred dates. Employees that have not yet done BHV or that have an expired certificate were given priority to those dates.

For any questions contact [email protected]

Procurement / Fleet Updates

[INFO] Adjusting Radrunner Brakes

  • If you have Radrunner bikes in the hub, you can now adjust brakes yourself if needed.

  • IMPORTANT: Please watch the instruction video on Zendesk before, so you know how to do it!

  • Cycle 1 bikes (the white ones) cannot be adjusted by us, C1 has hydraulic brakes that can't be fixed by us. Once per month Cycle regularly changes break pad oil. Please keep in mind that the break get's more tight the more you use it.

[INFO and ACTION] Ordering rider clothing, gloves, saddlebags on Coupa

  • Hub managers need to order this on Coupa themselves. If there are not enough in your hub, please order on Coupa.

Ask your team to share their pictures on Instagram tagging us (@workatflink) or send their photos through Slack to @Alice O'Brien

[ACTION] Ops Associates Now Need to Punch Out/In for their Breaks

  • As of now Ops Associates need to punch out and in again for their breaks, just like Riders! This is to ensure that we correctly reflect their worked time and also to always know who is online and available for their next task. To punch out and in again for an Ops Associate break, simply do this via Flunch on the Hub Tablet.
