āļø Freshness Campaign: Focus on Quality: Flink Rescue Bag Procedures
To keep our Flink Rescue Bags top-quality and our customers getting the best value, please pay close attention to a few key procedures. Please keep the following guidelines in mind during your shifts:
Evening Checks for Unsold Bags: At the end of the day, all unsold Rescue Bags must be removed from the inventory via stock correction. Always check the unsold bags to see if any items can be reused for the next day. You must dispose of any leftover bags and products that are no longer usable.
āStrict BBD Rules (With One Exception): As a general rule, products past their Best Before Date (BBD) must never be included in a Rescue Bag. This means next-day ready meals processed during morning checks must be marked as expired. The only exception to this BBD rule is for bakery goods and bread, which are perfectly fine to include if they expired by one day.
āVisual Quality Checks: We must never use products that are heavily damaged or showing any signs of rot and mould. However, slightly damaged packaging (as long as it is dry) or fresh products that don't look ideal but are still good to consume are completely okay to use.
āStorage & Cold Chain: Always respect the cold chain. Store bags containing fresh products in a separate fridge (preferably close to the handover shelf). Dry bags should be clearly marked and stored on your hub's designated shelf.

We have seen a rise in hubs flagging issues with double and even triple SKUs on Slack. We kindly ask you to add any double or triple SKUs to the Double SKU reporting sheet so they can be looked at.

Ticket Processing Update
Shelf changes are implemented only once per week. Typically, we review incoming tickets on Monday and Tuesday. Therefore, if you submit a ticket on Wednesday and do not see an update by Friday, please note that it is not due to an oversight. The ticket is simply queued for the next processing cycle, as shelf changes and facings adjustments can only be executed once a week. Exceptions are made only in cases of critical or urgent issues.
High selling Fridge Drinks
With summer around the corner, it is important to make sure that the best-selling fridge drinks are delivered chilled as promised to the customer. Therefore, in the last few weeks, additional shelf space has been allocated to the best-selling fridge drinks (see SKU list below). Please make sure these products are always in stock and, whenever possible, keep some units already stored in the backstock fridges so they can reach the right temperature faster.
