šØ Reminder: Complete Delivery Check-In for Stadsbakkerij
To improve inbound speed and ensure better bakery availability, all hubs must complete the Delivery Check-In for Stadsbakkerij. This step pre-loads your list, speeds up put-away, and helps avoid delays during the morning rush.
We still have 20 hubs not completing this step. Please make sure your team is up to date.

š§ HOM Quiz Update!
A huge thank you to everyone who has already completed the HOM (Hub Operating Model) Quiz. Weāre now at 203 completions, great progress, but it also means there are still many of you who havenāt taken part yet.
This quiz is your opportunity to make your voice heard and help shape how future training and support are designed. The more responses we gather, the clearer our understanding will be of whatās working well and where additional guidance is needed across our hubs.
ā±ļø If you havenāt completed it yet, please take a few minutes today. Every response truly makes a difference.
Where to find it: Check your email or log in to the WF app and access it via the training section.
If youāre experiencing any issues accessing the quiz or need support, please reach out to David Hunt on Slack or via email.
Letās continue working together to build the strongest version of our hub operations! šŖ

š·ļø SSCC Labels: Why They Matter for Accurate Inbound
To keep our inbound accuracy high, itās essential to always scan the SSCC label from the current dayās delivery. Scanning the correct SSCC ensures that inbound deviation checks are created for all products, helping us catch issues early and maintain top performance.
There are two types of SSCC labels you may encounter:
1. Primary SSCC Label (Red-lined: Applied by Lekkerland)
This is the preferred label and should always be scanned first.
If this red-lined SSCC label does not scan or is missing information, please report it immediately using the Inbound Error Workflow.
2. Alternative SSCC Label (Small White Label)
If available, you can use the small white SSCC label usually attached to the roll container as a backup.
What to Do If No SSCC Label Is Attached
If a roll container arrives without any SSCC label, simply scan the SSCC from another roll container from that same delivery.
š¢ Process Update: Lekkerland Delivery Check In & Rolli Validation
Hub Teams, heads up! Weāre improving the inbound flow for all Lekkerland deliveries. Just like with the recent bakery update, please always complete the Delivery Check-In for every Lekkerland arrival.
š„ Whatās new?
Less admin, more efficiency.
With this update, the Delivery Overview and End of Day Slack workflows are no longer needed and have been removed.
The Delivery Check-In is now essential because it unlocks the Rolli Validation step for Lekkerland deliveries. This ensures every Rolli entering the hub is actually meant for us, especially important for Frozen Rollies.
Doing this correctly prepares us for auto-created inbound lists for frozen products, which will soon boost accuracy and reduce manual work!
š How the new flow works
1ļøā£ Check-In First
As soon as the truck arrives, start with the usual Delivery Check-In to track the time of the delivery
2ļøā£ Scan to Validate:
Important: Do this step as soon as the delivery arrives while the driver is still at the hub, in case you need to return any rolli.
After check-in, youāll go straight to the Rolli Validation screen.
Scan the barcode on each roll container.
š¢ Green: Rolli belongs to your hub.
ā ļø Warning Pop-Up: Rolli is potentially not meant for your hub.
ā Confirm the hub name/code on the label and indicate in the app if the rolli is ārightā or āwrongāIMPORTANT: If you spot a wrong rolli which is not meant for your hub, return it to the driver right away.
3ļøā£ Confirm
After all Rollies are scanned, review the accepted/rejected count and tap Confirm.
Watch a detailed video on the process: here
š” Handling Exceptions
Barcode wonāt scan? Tap āEnter manuallyā and type the Rolli-ID.
āDelivery Data Unavailableā? You must manually check the physical labels to validate.
Letās adopt this improved flow to reduce admin time and get ready for smarter, automated lists! š
š¦ End-of-Year Count: Key Information
As we approach the end of the year, itās time to start preparing for our annual End-of-Year (EOY) Count. The process will be very similar to last year. Below are the first important dates to keep in mind. More details will follow later this week, including the meeting invite for the training session and the launch of a dedicated Slack channel.
š
EOY Count Training: 16 December, 10:00
The calendar invite will be shared later this week.
š
EOY Preparation Day: 28 December
Multiple shifts will be scheduled on Sunday, the 28th. The number of hours required will depend on your assortment size.
š
EOY Counting Day: 29 December
Counting will start at 06:00, with a planned reopening at 16:00. The number of shifts needed will vary based on your assortment size.
Thank you for your support!
Shelf changes:
The shelf changes will be posted at 15:00 today and will go live tonight. Please move products to their new locations after closure or tomorrow morning. Don't forget the back stock!
In the shelf change output file, you will now find two additional columns: one showing the number of facings for the product being moved to the new shelf, and another indicating whether the product is stored as an HU. If the cell is blank, it means the product should be stored as an SU.
If you do not find your hub's file in the folders, it means there are no shelf changes for you this week.
