A huge thank you to everyone who has already completed the HOM (Hub Operating Model) Quiz. We now have 69 completions.

While that’s some progress, we’ve noticed that only 19 Hub Managers have taken part so far. A big shoutout to the Shift Leads and OA+ who are leading the way with completion, but we’d love to see even more participation from everyone!

This quiz is a great opportunity to have your say in shaping how future training is designed and delivered. The more responses we get, the better picture we’ll have of where support and training are most needed.

Starting tomorrow, the deposit for beer crates will be charged separately. This allows us to deliver these beers in their original returnable crates, rather than as loose bottles.

A quick reminder about charging our e-scooter batteries. Unlike e-bikes, scooter batteries take longer to charge, so it’s super important that we plug them in as soon as possible after each shift.

Please make sure:

🕒 All scooters are put on charge right after use, don’t wait until the end of the day.

✅ Chargers are connected properly and lights are showing that they’re actually charging.

Keeping our scooters fully charged helps us avoid delays, support riders, and deliver the best possible service for our customers. Every charged battery means smoother operations and happier customers!

Shelf changes:

The shelf changes will be posted at 15:00 today and will go live tonight. Please move products to their new locations after closure or tomorrow morning. Don't forget the back stock!

In the shelf change output file, you will now find two additional columns: one showing the number of facings for the product being moved to the new shelf, and another indicating whether the product is stored as an HU. If the cell is blank, it means the product should be stored as an SU.

If you do not find your hub's file in the folders, it means there are no shelf changes for you this week.
