In This Week's Issue:
š§ HOM Quiz Update!
Thank you to everyone who has already completed the HOM (Hub Operating Model) Quiz, so far, only 35 people have taken part.
The quiz is an important step in helping us understand how well our hub leadership (OA+ and above) knows our core operational processes. The results will guide us in improving training, communication, and support across all hubs.
If you havenāt completed the quiz yet, please take a few minutes to do so as soon as possible.
If youāre experiencing any issues accessing the quiz or have any concerns, please reach out to David Hunt via slack for assistance.
Letās work together to strengthen our understanding and continue building the best version of our hub operations!

Reminder:š» Hardware Review: Help Us Keep Our Tech Up to Date!
Last week we kicking off a nationwide review of all hardware devices across our NL hubs!
The goal? To understand how our current devices are being used, plan for future upgrades, and make sure our asset database is 100% accurate and up to date.
To make it happen, we need your help.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the Google Form linked; it should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.
š Deadline: End of the week
ā
Why it matters: Your input helps us plan smarter upgrades and keep every hub running smoothly.
Thanks for taking the time to support this. Your effort keeps our tech (and our hubs!) performing at their best.

š¦ Inbound Deviation Checks: Quick Reminder
A quick reminder about how to handle Inbound Deviation Checks in your daily flow.
Once a product has an inbound deviation check triggered, it will no longer appear in the inbound checker. This helps keep the overview clean and focused only on pending items.
To keep things running smoothly:
Fully finish inbounding (one product category) first.
Then, complete the Inbound deviation checks for those items in HubOne.
Itās best to do these checks after all deliveries for the day have been inbounded.
Once all deviation checks are completed, review the inbound checker to see a clear summary of your fill rates.
Keeping this routine helps ensure accurate tracking and a smooth inbound process every day. šŖ

š“āāļø Saddlebag Update
Weāre currently out of stock of saddlebags in the DC for both Cycle and Smartvel bikes. Unfortunately, thereās no confirmed delivery date yet for new ones.
In the meantime, weāre working on onboarding Yeply and Cycle to handle repairs for existing saddlebags.
š Please do not throw away broken saddlebags.
ā ļøPlease do not create any damage reports in the fleet tool, as these are not damages that are part of our service agreement with the bike suppliers.
Once the repair process is ready, weāll send out a form to collect information on how many bags in your hub need repair.
Thanks for your patience and for helping us make the most of our existing equipment!

š” New HubOne Feature: Suggested by One of You!
Weāre excited to share a small but super useful update in HubOne, an idea that came straight from our teams on the ground!
This improvement was suggested by Vincent Verheist (SL in UTR_WEST) via the #hub-feedback-ideas Slack channel š
Vincent noticed that when skipping a shelf scan, the system shows a warning (āAre you sure you want to continue?ā), But the same didnāt happen when skipping a bag scan, leading to occasional missed bags.
He suggested adding a similar confirmation message to help prevent these accidents.
ā Good news: This feature has now been live in HubOone for a week, helping reduce skipped bag scan errors and improving accuracy!
A big thank you to Vincent for taking the initiative, and to everyone else who keeps sharing ideas and feedback. Your input truly helps make Flink stronger every day.
šŖ Keep those ideas coming in #hub-feedback-ideas
Delistings: Please find the list of delisted items for W45: Here.
Shelf changes:
The shelf changes will be posted at 15:00 today and will go live tonight. Please move products to their new locations after closure or tomorrow morning. Don't forget the back stock!
In the shelf change output file, you will now find two additional columns: one showing the number of facings for the product being moved to the new shelf, and another indicating whether the product is stored as an HU. If the cell is blank, it means the product should be stored as an SU.
If you do not find your hub's file in the folders, it means there are no shelf changes for you this week.
