💻 Hardware Review: Help Us Keep Our Tech Up to Date!

We’re kicking off a nationwide review of all hardware devices across our NL hubs!

The goal? To understand how our current devices are being used, plan for future upgrades, and make sure our asset database is 100% accurate and up to date.

To make it happen, we need your help.
Please take a few minutes to fill out the Google Form linked; it should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

🕒 Deadline: within the next two weeks
Why it matters: Your input helps us plan smarter upgrades and keep every hub running smoothly.

Thanks for taking the time to support this. Your effort keeps our tech (and our hubs!) performing at their best.

📲 HubOne Login Reminder

Please make sure to log in to HubOne only by scanning the QR codes sent to the hub and Hub Manager’s email.
Print these QR codes and keep them easily accessible at the hub at all times.

Remember:

  • The HubOne email and password are different from the hub’s GoFlink account credentials - they are not connected.

  • The HubOne username does not start with “hub.” and the password is different as well.

  • Do not type the username and password manually - doing so may cause the account to be automatically blocked.

Note:

  • Logging into a Google account on most Zebra devices in the hub is not possible (you’ll see an error message saying “Blocked by your IT admin”).

  • Only the Shift Lead / Hub Manager Zebra can be used to log in to Google.

  • If you’ve saved the HubOne account credentials on that Zebra, you won’t be able to use them on other Zebra devices.

🥖 Direct Inbound Stadsbakkerij - Go Live: Wednesday, 29.10

Until now, inbound lists for bakery deliveries had to be created manually, a process that didn’t fit well with how bakery inbounds work.

From now on, inbound lists for bakery deliveries will be created automatically, saving time and reducing manual steps.

🔧 How It Works

  1. Start with Delivery Check-In: This triggers the automatic creation of the bakery inbound list.

  1. Find the List: Check the Shared List screen for your auto-created bakery list, the list will be named after the bakery and expected delivery date. Look out for the star icon.

.

  1. Claim & Drop: Validate quantities during dropping. You can still add products, edit quantities, and outbound items as needed.

💡 Tip: If a product is physically present but missing from the list, add it during dropping.

🍩 Important

Dunkin’ Donuts products are part of the Stadsbakkerij delivery, but will not be included in the auto-created list because we don’t receive DESADV data for these items.

➡️ Please inbound Dunkin’ Donuts products manually, following the standard inbounding process, or add them to the created list.

Auto-created dropping lists simplify bakery inbounding, fewer manual steps, faster processing, and better accuracy, this will help inbounding before the opening of the hub to have 100% availability.
Let’s keep things rolling smoothly with this new update!

🧭 Inventory Guardrails V2: Smarter, Safer, and More Accurate! Go Live: Wednesday, 29.10

We’re rolling out Inventory Guardrails V2, a set of improvements designed to boost accuracy, reduce errors, and make stock management smoother than ever.

📲 1. Last Stock Movements

View the last 5 stock movements for each product, complete with date, time, and the person who made the change.

  • Simply scroll down to see all 5 movements in one place.

  • Please note: this view includes all stock movements except Orders and Cancellations.

🔍 2. Clearer Outbounding Reasons

HubOne now shows detailed explanations for each outbound reason in the Stock Correction flow

Just click on a reason to expand it and get a better understanding, making it easier to select the right reason every time.

🚧 3. Outbound Guardrails for Stock Checks

To help prevent mistakes, we’re adding Outbound Guardrails to Stock Checks, just like in Stock Corrections.

You’ll now see a guardrail pop-up if:

  • The quantity goes over a certain limit

  • The product value exceeds a set threshold

This extra check keeps our stock data clean and avoids costly mix-ups!

⚠️ 4. Updated List Verification Rules

We’re also improving inbounding accuracy.

If you enter an unusual amount, a clear warning will now appear, prompting a quick double-check before finalising.

These updates make a real difference:

✅ Better visibility

✅ Fewer mistakes

✅ Stronger accountability

✅ More accurate stock data

Together, these improvements help us minimize waste and keep our operations running efficiently.

🆕 New Check Type: Rolling Inventory - Go Live: Wednesday, 29.10

We’re launching Rolling Inventory to keep stock counts more accurate year-round.

Why It Matters

Currently, some items aren’t counted for months under our current system, leading to stock errors.
With Rolling Inventory:

  • High-priority items: counted every 30 days

  • Slow-moving items: counted every 180 days

Result: fewer errors, lower issue rates, and less overstocking.

Frequency & Timing

→ Checks trigger weekly on Monday - only this week the first ones will be triggered tomorrow.

→ Complete them throughout the week when you have spare time, after picking, inbounding, or restocking. No need to complete them all on Mondays.

Tip: If you find a large discrepancy, always double-check before correcting.

Goal

Rolling Inventory helps us catch issues early, keep stock accurate, and manage shelves and freezers more efficiently.

🧠 HOM Quiz Launch Thursday!

We’re excited to announce the first HOM Quiz (Hub Operating Model), a knowledge quiz designed for our hub leaders (OA+ and above)!

What is it?

This quiz is a short, anonymous Edume assessment, consisting of 20-30 questions about our core hub operations processes.

Goal?

  • Understand knowledge of our core processes across hub leadership, to identify where our training and communication needs to be improved.

  • It's not a performance test, but purely for us to understand where we need to strengthen our training and information sharing.

  • The results will guide us in improving training and support where needed, so everyone knows our best practices.

The quiz will be completely anonymous, so just take it honestly to the best of your knowledge.

Stay tuned for the email with the assessment and help us build a stronger foundation for continuous improvement.

🚀 Onboarding Completion Report: Full Features Back!

Good news! After some technical issues, the onboarding completion dashboard has all the same features as the previous version.

You can again now easily track WOW development progress and safety refresher completion status once again, making it simpler to stay on top of your team’s training and development.

👉Link: here

🚨 NL current progression towards 90% completion target: 74%

And by cluster:

📊 Where We Stand

There’s still some work to do to reach our targets across the country:

🚨 59% of new starters have completed their onboarding training.

💪 77% of existing staff have already completed their onboarding training, a strong foundation to build on!

If we want our new hires to start strong and stay with us, it’s vital that every rider completes their onboarding training as soon as possible. This sets the foundation for safety, performance, and long-term engagement.

Shelf Changes Icon

Shelf Changes & De-listings

Shelf changes:

The shelf changes will be posted at 15:00 today and will go live tonight. Please move products to their new locations after closure or tomorrow morning. Don't forget the back stock!

In the shelf change output file, you will now find two additional columns: one showing the number of facings for the product being moved to the new shelf, and another indicating whether the product is stored as an HU. If the cell is blank, it means the product should be stored as an SU.

If you do not find your hub's file in the folders, it means there are no shelf changes for you this week.
