⚙️ HubOne Performance Boost Coming! Wednesday 22.10

Starting this Wednesday, Zebras will automatically clear their cache every night at 3 AM.

This update will help keep HubOne running faster and smoother, improving performance and avoid the issues of Zebras not showing incoming orders.

  • You’ll just need to tap “Agree” on the Chrome screen before logging in each morning, a quick, one-time step.

This improvement is part of IT’s ongoing work to make our systems more stable and reliable for all hubs.

🍌 New Slack Channel for Quality & BBD Issues announcements

The Supply Chain team has created a new Slack channel:#nl-quality-and-bbd-issues

To allow clear and quick communication when issues arise with products, we always give clear instructions on what you need to do, and use the input from hub alert tickets, so it is vital that you follow the process.

All hubs and hub managers have been added. Please keep a close eye on the channel; we are always giving clear instructions

For issues with products that hubs find and want to alert the supply chain about, they should use only the hub alert ticket process, product issues such as:

  • Delivery issues

  • BBD issues

  • Incorrect SKU

  • Wrong product image/description

Please refrain from posting in the #nl_all-hub-staff channel.
Thank you!
