⚙️ Hub One Maintenance 19.10.25 at 1:30 (Sunday night)
This Sunday, between 1:00 and 1:30, we will start maintenance work in HubOne. This will last 4-5 hours, and during this time, HubOne cannot be used.
Please make sure you complete any picking, inbound, and inventory tasks before that time.
📦 New Flyer Arrival – SKU, Inbounding & Shelf Assignment
This week, you’ll receive new flyers (SKU number is: 131752368-).
Please ensure they are inbound upon arrival.

📘 Heads-up: Cooking Book arriving today!
This Tuesday, you’ll receive the Chef van der Lecq Cooking Book in your hub by post.
(Please check below how it looks like).
It’ll also be live in the app from Tuesday onwards.
Each hub gets 5–10 copies max, one-off, so once they’re gone, that’s it.
Please keep them in a visible spot in the hub, as there’ll be plenty of communication around it this week.

🤓 Onboarding Training Completion - Update
Another week has passed, and we’re seeing a steady, though slow, improvement! 🎯
The Netherlands is now at 73% overall completion, a 3p.p. increase from last week.
That’s progress, but we still have 17% to go to reach our 90% target.

Looking at the hubs with lower overall completion, a few have shown small improvements, while most haven’t implemented noticeable changes yet. This is especially visible among new hires, where completion rates remain behind expectations.
So lets go over the basics of how an onboarding shift should go to ensure the best results...
🚀 New Joiners Spotlight: Onboarding Training Completion
75% of existing staff have completed their training, great job, although we can easily make that 90% target with some more effort!!! 🙌
But only 58% of new joiners in the last 30 days have finished onboarding. Of course, there are some people who leave before that time period, so this is more to address the new people who stayed with us.
Let’s make sure every new teammate gets the right start by following the onboarding steps outlined in the HubWiki Onboarding Posters.

Complete before the first shift! Covers essentials like punching in.
➡️ If not done, make sure they complete it right away.
🤝 Step 2 – Warm Welcome
Show them around the hub, introduce the team, and make them feel at home.
📚 Step 3 – OA/Rider Self-Learning (Part 2)
A longer EduMe course packed with key info, there’s time built into the onboarding shift for this.
Completing it now saves lots of explaining later!
👀 Step 4 – Shadowing
Hands-on time! Let your new Rider/OA shadow an experienced teammate and practice their tasks.
🧭 Step 5 – Onboarding with Shift Lead
Reinforce Quinyx basics and confirm they’re ready for their second shift.
After their second shift, they’ll receive the final EduMe course to wrap up onboarding 🎓

About the Role
Join our Operations team to help drive performance, efficiency, and growth across Flink Netherlands. As a Junior Operations Performance Analyst, you’ll turn data into insights, support strategic decisions, and help ensure smooth, scalable hub operations across the country.
This role is a great fit for someone who’s eager to learn, data-driven, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Operational Performance & Reporting
Maintain and improve operational performance reports to provide accurate, actionable insights for NL operations.
Track and manage hub KPIs, helping identify underperformance and drive targeted improvements.
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse operational data (delivery speeds, issue rates, P&L metrics, etc.) to uncover trends and opportunities.
Support data-informed decision-making that improves efficiency and customer experience.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
Work closely with City Managers, Hub Managers, and Functional Owners to align on performance goals and improvement plans.
Support presentations and updates for leadership and stakeholders, including weekly and quarterly reviews.
Process Improvement & Tools
Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and leverage automation.
Contribute to developing standardised dashboards, tools, and playbooks to ensure consistent execution across hubs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or similar tools; basic SQL experience (or willingness to learn).
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
A proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude.
