šHelp Us Improve F&V Management ā Take Our Survey! š
We are asking all Hub Managers and Shift Leads to dedicate 10-15 minutes of their time to share their insights with us regarding fruits and vegetable (F&V) management, with a particular focus on waste. Weāve created a small survey to gather your thoughts on inventory management, waste reduction, and overall efficiency of your hub. Your feedback will help us improve processes and provide better tools, support, and training. Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback!

Order can't be delivered - Go Live Thursday 30th January.
We have a new process being rolled out to all NL hubs, which allows the rider to mark orders as 'can't be delivered' in the app directly, and automates the rider-hub-CS communication.
The main changes for Riders: When a customer is not reachable they will mark the order as canāt be delivered.
The main change for Shift lead/OA+: After the rider submits an order ācanāt be deliveredā a request will automatically be sent to the hubās Customer care slack channel which will need to be either confirmed or denied, after this if order is confirmed to be canceled it will be instantly canceled.
SL/OA+ Process:
Slack bot message sent to hubs via CC slack channel:
Rider app view:
Please make sure your riders use this new flow. In case of any issues you are still able to use the Slack Workflow to request cancellation yourself.
There will be an intro call Wednesday morning 10am for Hub Manager and Hub teams to attend for more information and to answer any questions you might have: Link to meeting. ā¼ļøšā¼ļø

Rider widget removed from Orders tab
To make the hub portal more efficient, the rider widget will be removed from the Orders tab, and now be only part of the Activity Tab, where OA and Rider information are already combined. This change simplifies how we access live employee updates by centralizing everything in one place.
Using the Activity tab as the main source for live staff information will make it easier to manage teams in real-time and improve how we work together to keep our hubs running smoothly. This update will help streamline daily operations and enhance overall efficiency with the hubs.
We are continuing to improve the hub dashboard as we look forward to your feedback.
Activity tab - to be used on the TV screen
Orders tab - to be used on the Hub PC

Weekly insights____________________________________
Find this week's leaflet on the fruit and vegetable quality: link
This week, weāve noticed some ongoing challenges with our fresh produce. Many of the paprikas (13123168) and cucumbers (13123023) weāve received have been below our quality standards, so letās make sure weāre keeping a close eye on batch inspections and reporting any issues with Hub Alert Tickets. Weāre also seeing a lot of overripe bananas (13133909), so extra care is needed there as well. On top of that, strawberries (124452367) are in short supply due to supplier issues. Letās stay on top of things to keep quality high for our customers!
šØ HUB ALERT TICKETS ā DELIVERY ISSUES šØ
On Saturday (25.01), we received a batch of sliced fruits and salads with BBD issues. Thanks to your quick action and teamwork, we escalated the issue promptly and secured a refund for the delivery ā great job, everyone! Letās stay proactive and keep things running smoothly ā fantastic work so far!

š¤Donāt forget the back stock! When moving products to their new shelf, always remember to check and reposition any backstock on the top shelves as well!
Having trouble understanding hub sizes?
Read all about it here.
Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortmentās size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that donāt fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the āFacings feedbackā option in Hub Alert.
