Inform hub team of new ‘Geborgde werkwijze’ for alcohol deliveries
Starting December 1st, we are returning to a monthly frequency of mystery shoppers due to concerning results over the past period. Additionally, the ‘Geborgde Werkwijze’ has been updated with additional measures. This document is always accessible on the Hub Wiki.
It is crucial to ensure that the entire hub team is aware of these updates, especially for when the NVWA visits. Please inform your entire hub team of these changes, as it is top priority to check every ID when delivering orders with alcohol.

Key updates you can't miss____________________________________
Orders locked from Rider assignment after manual interference
Some actions on the Hub portal Orders dashboard might cause significant delays in sending orders out for delivery, as they lose priority for automatic assignment. To minimize this, please avoid the following actions unless absolutely necessary:
Unstacking orders from the dashboard
Unassigning orders from the dashboard
Riders rejecting trips
If you must intervene manually due to critical issues with orders, stacking, or assignments, monitor the orders that you manually interfered with closely to ensure they don’t remain unassigned for too long.
For stacks containing JET orders, manual assignment is currently not available. If you need help with the manual assignment for these stacks:
Report the orders’ numbers in the #tech-hub-service_nl channel.
Include the Rider ID of the Rider you want to take these orders.
Consider setting them to Temporary Offline to prevent them from receiving other offers while you coordinate the assignment.
The product team is actively working on a solution to address order delays caused by manual interference. Some measures have already been implemented to minimize the impact.

Formal recommendations for YoungOnes shift timing and rates
We’ve established formal recommendations for YoungOnes rates and shift posting timelines per hub. These recommendations change weekly based on the hub’s ability in filling shifts, meeting required hours, and the volume of applicants responding to YoungOnes gig postings.

Throughout December, please ensure these flyers are placed in all Flink orders except external orders until the stock is finished. After that, please switch back to using the usual version (Ding Dong). Ideally, you should only place the Christmas version this month.
Let’s spread the holiday cheer and make this season extra special for everyone! ✨
Please find attached the holiday card:

Why do we do shelf changes?
Shelf changes are primarily made to optimize product placement, such as moving items from an S to an XS shelf. This allows the shelves to be listed in more hubs than they currently are, expanding the assortment’s size across all hubs rather than concentrating it in only the larger L or XL hubs.
For example, by consolidating products on an S shelf, we can free up space on a relatively empty M shelf and streamline product placement from top to bottom.
This process will continue in the near future as we work to broaden our assortment. Expanding our assortment ultimately increases the potential basket size for customers.
If you notice products that don’t fit the shelves when following the facings, flag them via the “Facings feedback” option in Hub Alert.
